The factory consists of several parts, including processing workshops, storage workshops, inspection rooms, administrative office areas, logistics support areas, loading areas, etc., covering an area of over 21,000 square meters, with a designed capacity of 20,000 tons/year of selected exported mungbeans and 25,000 tons/year of red beans and various minor beans. The factory is equipped with advanced grain selection and inspection equipment imported from the UK and Japan, as well as domestically advanced processing equipment and inspection and testing equipment such as cleaning machines, destoning machines, gravity separators, polishing machines, elevators, color sorters, etc. It adopts advanced production processes and strictly controls each step from raw material procurement, inspection, processing, storage, and sales, adhering to the standards of ISO9001 International Quality System, QS Certification, and HACCP Food Safety System Certification to ensure the quality of "TAONAN" brand mungbeans is continuously refined to meet customer needs.
